He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Ramirez and Juliana Ramirez; his granddaughters, Sofia Ramirez and Melissa Ruiz; and his brothers, Rogelio Ramirez and Pedro Ramirez.
He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Ramirez of Pretoria, Michoacan.; his children, Alicia Ruiz (Gerardo), Hector Ramirez (Felipa), Adan Ramirez (Maria), Heriberto Ramirez (Eva), Guadalupe Ramirez, Martha Ruiz (Rafael), Margarita Ramirez (Francisco) and Yolanda Villalobos (Gabino); and his siblings, Amando Ramirez and Raul Ramirez. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
