He is survived by: his son Lee Roy; his former spouses, Deana Lee Edwards and Glena Huntsman; his daughter Sabrina; his grandson Jeremy; his son Tyler Osterhout; his brother Jeremy Osterhout (Cheyenne) of McCall; his daughter Tausha Osterhout Vela (Ruben); his sister Sabrina Osterhout Higley of Payette; his grandchildren, Alyssa Romero, Izzac Osterhout, Lance Morris (Mariah), Isaiah Vela, Teagan Guinn (Valarie), Caleb Vela, Mathew Vela, Braxton Streling, Mariah Streling, Christian Osterhout, Mataya Thompson and Asher Osterhout; his great grandchildren, Zeke Morris, Harlow Morris, Joslynn Cruz, Sophia Cruz and Kyesin Osterhout; his son Jeremy; his siblings, Allen Osterhout of Salmon, Charleen Belliston of Draper, Kenna Bowlin (Sonny) of Burley, Marilyn Stout (Daryl) of Burley, Beneta Hellewell (Dan) of Heyburn, Carma Smith (Cregg) of Malta, Debra Smith (Kim) of Burley and Tami Boehler (Adam) of Burley; his friend Jody Ferguson of Burley; and his pet J. J. Jay. He is also survived by mom and dad had buried 2 still born daughters.
