It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey LeRoy Cofer of Rupert, Idaho, born in Heyburn, Idaho, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Cofer and Mollie Cofer; his brother Robert (Cheryl); and his grandson Joshua. He is survived by: his former wives, Lavonne Brower and Patti Jo Harris of Burley; his wife Cheryl Howard of Boise; his siblings, Lucille Mayne of Heyburn and Bruce Cofer (Sharon) of Boise; his children, Mark Cofer (Tina) of Paul, Matt Cofer of Rupert, Andy Cofer (Melanie) of Rupert, Brian Cofer (Bobbi) of Eagle and Lisa Higgins of Heyburn; and his stepchildren, Tony Howard of Rupert, Colleen Howard of Rupert, Cherri Lemon of Italy and Christi Bennett of Boise. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in Rupert or Camp Perkins.
