He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Thain and Mildred Ann Thain; and his brother Larry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Thain of Rupert; his children, Cory Thain (Jenny Peterson) of Rupert and Brandi Meiners (Cole); his siblings, Allie Alexander (Colten) and Jace Thain (Tyanna) of Rupert; his granddaughter Georgia Quinn Meiners; his brothers, John Thain (Sherie) of Declo and Alan (Pamela); his niece Gracie; and his nephew Matt Peterson.
