It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Peterson Poteet of Rupert, Idaho, born in Preston, Idaho, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Joel and Zeffie; and her husband Herb Poteet. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Bell (Jeff); and her siblings, Falls, Rick Poteet (Sherma) of Rupert and Bonnie Peterson (Ron) of Pleasant Grove, Utah. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
