He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Smith and Denise Chapman Smith; and his grandson Brogan Smith. He is survived by: his wife Leah Rae; and his children, Jennifer Webb (Justin) of Rupert, Jeremy (Amber) of Paul, Preston (Kristen) of Idaho Falls and Ashley Smith Cyr of Twin Falls. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
