She is survived by: her former husband Lewis Dean Osborn; her siblings, Leonard Huber (Sylvia) and Marie Pierce; her children, Denise Osborn, Katrina Black (Darren Onishi), Tony Osborn (Judy) and Terry Osborn; her grandchildren, Tara Banda, Kneika Osborn, Tyler Black (Cherrie), Bailey Black, Destiny Osborn, Dylan Osborn and Kolby Osborn; her great grandchildren, Aiden Banda, Jacinda Banda, Kaitlyn Banda, Hadelei Banda and Adalynn Rawson; and her great great grandchildren, Elle Banda-McClain, Rev McClain and Skye Tamcke.
