He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Judy; his children, Bill Banner (Hollie), Jim Banner (Jim), Erin Taylor, Stephanie Allred (Austin), Carrie Bennett (Jeffrey), Judy Bennett (Justin), Bobby Banner (Jessy) and Bethany Livingston (Cameron); and his siblings, Sherma Coombs (Don), Lynn Banner (Suzie) and Beth Wolfe (Solon). He is also survived by his 25 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
