She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Perry and Nilace Black Perry; her husband Max; and her siblings, Merle Bateman (Paul), Shirley Merrill (Ted), Leonard Perry (Rosemary) and Dean Perry (Betty).
She is survived by: her sibling Bobbie; her brother-in-law Max M. Johnson; her son-in-law Lyle Clark; her daughter Dana Clark (Lyle) of Lindon, Utah; and her siblings, Melba Hanks (Howard), Lester Perry (Jan), Jay Perry (Donna), Sharon Tracy (Bryce) and Hazel Lewis (Al). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
