He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex E. Johnson and June Johnson (Shaw); his siblings, Dr. Terrence L. Johnson (Connie) of Rotonda West, FL, Jeff Johnson (Pat) of Mendon, OH, Steve Johnson (Brenda) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Janelle Sites (John) of Rockford, OH, Lyndell Smith (Bill) of Ohio City, OH, Kim Smith (Ed) of Mendon, OH. and Terry; and his son Adam Robert Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Lori Vicchy; and his children, Paige and Jake Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Minidoka County Senior Center to support Meals-OnWheels.
