It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher J. Jones of Rupert, Idaho, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sharon Stephens and Lloyd Wornell; and his brother Stephen Jones. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Tillett; his son Jason; and his siblings, Gena Lott (Monte), Geoffrey Papp, Charles Jones (Julia), Tonya Fridley (Shane), Tammy Jones, Dawn Sanders (Rusty) and Erman Jones (Rachel).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morrison Funeral Home (188 ID-24, Rupert, ID 83350). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the 12th Ward Star Building (96 S 200 W, Burley, ID 83318). A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Oakley Cemetery (23364 MO-113, Oakley, ID 83346).
