He is survived by: his father Melvin Munk; his wife Julie Kidd; his children, Dallin, Hannah (Grant), Meagan and Blake; and his siblings, Martin (Susan), Curtis (Kindra), Randy (Rhonda), Dell (Kari), Clayton (Patricia), Greg (Gretchen) and Marianne Johnson (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
