She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Garner and Leo Shirley; her husband Grant H Belnap; and her sister Gwen Palmer. She is survived by: her sons, G. Tyrone Belnap (Sandra) of Rigby, Idaho, Bryant Belnap (Glenda) of Idaho Falls and Alan F. Belnap of Roberts; and her siblings, Mack Shirley, Bruce Shirley, Wade Shirley, Leo Shirley (Lynne Shirley) and LeeAnn Bryson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
