He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dennis Cohea and Elsie Spratt Cohea; his wife Lupe Cohea; and his grandson George Dewey. He is survived by: his children, Thomas B. Welch, William Henry Cohea, Carol Ann Harkness (Jerry) and Winona Lee Grover (James); and his siblings, Martha Haws, Nancy Kalbough (Karl) and Phil Cohea. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
