He was predeceased by: his parents, William Keith Neville and Venna Housley Neville of Virginia; and his sisters, Clara Wilcoxon and Edith Farris. He is survived by: his wife Dana Lee McMurtrey of Ririe; his children, Shantell Wilde (Joey) of Ririe, Jamison Troy McMurtrey (Jodi) of Oledo Texas and Steve Cody Neville (Crossette) of Idaho Falls; and his sisters, Ora Dortch (Jim) of Idaho Falls, Ina Griffin (James) of Ririe and Chris Ann Sweetland (Peter) of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
