She was predeceased by: her father George Freeman; and her brother Marty. She is survived by: her mother Lanta Freeman of Ririe; her husband Lee; and her siblings, Josee Freeman, Jeorgette Requiron, Jason, Jeremy, Justin and Jamie Freeman. She is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews and two grand-nieces.

Instead of flowers, any gift to the Ronald McDonald House would be welcome.
