He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Spriggs and Pearl Spriggs; his children, Kathi Spriggs Soto, Buzz Spriggs (Lani), Jacki Doser (Kelly) and Jann Spriggs Johnson; his stepchildren, Richard Lawrence and Chet Yarbrough (Chelle); and his brother Dorsel Spriggs. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren along with countless nieces and nephews.
