He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Hall and Hazel Hall; his wife Betty; his daughters, Charlene Hinkley (Tim) and Stella Ryan (Mike); his grandchildren, Dan Cummins (Lynze), Donna Hale (Jared), Megan Guillen-Diaz (Luis) and Andy Barsness; and his great grandchildren, Kyler, Monroe, Emerson, Eleanor, Phoebe, Violet and Hezekiah.
