He is survived by: his parents, Brent Heath of Garfield, Idaho and Kaye Fullmer Heath of Anchorage, Alaska; his children, Krishelle Jardine of Lewisville, Brittany Hendrickson of Idaho Falls and Cody Heath of Rigby, Idaho; his siblings, Annette Heath of Menomonie, Wendy Heath of Lorenzo, Bryan Heath of Rock Springs and Mark Woellmer of Anchorage, Alaska; and his stepbrothers, Kelly Olsen of Idaho Falls, Kevin Olsen (Tammy) of Garfield and Trent Olsen of Laramie, Wyoming. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
