He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Jones and Vienna McMinn; his stepparents, Lloyd Chase and Roseann Chase; his grandparents, Von, Georgia Chase and Delores McMinn; and his sister Terry Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Chase of Rigby, ID; his children, Jason Rush (Celeste) of Rigby, ID, Shane Chase (Nicole) of Idaho Falls, ID, Chyanne Smith (Chris) of Idaho Falls, ID, Jered Rivas (Tailor) of Firth, ID, Lisa Anderson of Idaho Falls, ID and Melanie Storer of Idaho Falls, ID; and his siblings, Deb Eatinger of Idaho Falls, ID, Bill Chase (Janet) of Idaho Falls, ID, Dave Chase (Brenda) of Idaho Falls, ID, Cheryl Koster of Idaho Falls, ID, Cathy Turk (Paul) of Bend, OR and Pam Stewart (Derek) of Seabeck, WA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
