He is survived by: his mother Wilma Campbell McIntier of Idaho Falls; his wife Diana Harris of Rigby; his children, Crystal Rae Dyer (JR) of Rigby and Nicholas Dakota McIntier (Britnee) of Idaho Falls; his siblings, Michele McIntier of Idaho Falls, Dennis McIntier (Dayna) of Idaho Falls and Kent McIntier of Idaho Falls; and his grandchildren, Ryker Ray, Amilia Angel, Oakley Raelyn and Deklin Ryder.
