He is survived by: his wife Janine Franklin of Rigby, Idaho; and his children, Robert (Christine) of Amarillo, Richard Franklin of Plainview, Texas and Samantha Graves of Pocatello, Idaho. He is also survived by 2 sisters, 3 brothers, 6 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
