He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jones; his children, Mandy Dawn King (Spence), Heather Jo Perkes (Jason Brauburger) and Ryan Merrill Wayment (Dawnyl); his brothers, Robert and Richard; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Torie, Hayden, Adyson, Carsn, Madden and Elijah.
