He is survived by: his wife Lola Ann Nelson (Luke) of Rexburg, ID; his children, Rebecca Niazi (Arash) of Gig Harbor, WA, Melvin Blaine (Stacey) of Payson, AZ, Clinton Blaine (Kelly) of Bluff City, TN and James Blaine (Jessica) of Iona, ID; his stepchildren, Stephanie Lee (Brad) of Hyrum, UT, Michael Luke (Stacie) of Hyrum, UT, Carolyn Coziahr (Scott) of Casper, WY and Susan Luke of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, Iris Blaine of American Fork, UT, Julia Lewis (Orlin) of Lewisville, ID and Byron Kay Blaine (Carmenza) of Terreton, ID; and his sister-in-law Deon Blaine of Arizona. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
