He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Travis Blacker (Dana) of Rexburg, Traci Maurino of Rexburg, Tory Blacker of Rexburg, Tiffany Gibbons (Jeffrey) of Rexburg and Ty Blacker (Shandra) of Ucon; and his siblings, Ken Blacker (Janet), Greg Blacker (Jolene), Jeannine Peterson and Melanie Park (Richard). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
