He is survived by: his wife Thelma Luella "Loui"; his children, Casey Johnson (Pearlette), Shaleign Galbraith (Joel) and Andi Simiskey (Matt); his grandchildren, Krystle Johnson, Ian Johnson (Natalie), Nicole Ray (Brandon), April Martin (Kyle), Emily Galbraith, Drew Galbraith, Grace Galbraith, Olivia Simiskey, Samantha Simiskey and Jacob Simiskey; and his great grandchild Esther Johnson.
