She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin William Carter and Birdie Ione Thueson; and her brother Lyle Gordon Carter (Susan). She is survived by: her husband Gary Royce Seamons; her children, Justin Royce Seamons (Laurie), Rhonda Seamons, Shanna Seamons LeBlanc (Marcel), Lisa Ione Seamons, Darren Carter Seamons and Taunya Seamons Nelson (Justin); and her sister-in-law LaRae Dunn Carter (Ronald). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
