He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Annie and Harry Skinner Fay; his siblings, Shirley and Baby Fay; and his daughter Megan Jorgensen.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; and his children, Heather Fonger (Marc) of Spring Creek, Nevada, Derek Fay (Stephanie) of Rexburg, Idaho, Amanda Julander (Tahari) of Rexburg, Idaho, Bridget Sims (Michael) of Crofton and Katy Fay of Stansbury Park, Utah. He is also survived by his 25 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
