He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Sullivan and Louise Augusta Sullivan; his siblings, Alice Goodall, John Sullivan, Dorris Chiasson, Molly Watts and Ruth Perdreauville; and his grandson Michael Scott Packer.
He is survived by: his wife Elna Sullivan; his children, Karen Hackman of Rexburg, Keith Sullivan (Terri) of Des Moines, Dianne Baxter (Ronald) of Terreton, Gloria Summers (Kirk) of Idaho Falls and Robin Packer (Scott); and his sister Heidi Weatherston (Steven) of Rexburg. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
