He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Zohner Whitehead; his siblings, Robert Whitehead, David Whitehead and Susan Troxell; his children, Jourdan Danielle, Zachary Cole, Jacob Joseph and Dallin Richard; and his grandsons, David Richard and Shepherd Dahl.
