He is survived by: his wife Susan Smith; his children, Cory Foster and Tina Andrus; and his grandchildren, Kevin Foster, Lexsie Howard, Stephen Foster, Brittany Meyers, Joshua Foster and Lilee Andrus. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
