It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba Carter (Rexburg, Idaho), who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Pincock and Lily Pincock; her children, David Carter and Susan James; her son-in-law Doug James; and her siblings, John, Lona Mae, Lela and Mona.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Carter (Bill) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her children, Mike Carter (Debbie), Roger Carter (Sandra), Annette O'Steen (Rick) and Gary Carter; and her sister Janet Gardner. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
