He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Olaf and Nellie Keppner Stephens; his brothers, Fred Ralph Stephens and Len K Stephens; and his children, Deb Coleman and Doug Stephens (Digger).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Duke; his child Kathy; his wife Annie C. Stephens of St. Anthony; and his grandchildren, Kim Labrum (Kevin) of Boise, Idaho, Kammie Dummer (Kent) of St. Anthony, Shannon Jimenez (Joey) of Denver, Colorado, Kallie Pino (Jason) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Kayla Forbush (Dirk) of St. Anthony, Idaho and Logan Nagle (Daridee) of St. Anthony, Idaho.
