He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Shayla Smith (Spencer), Kelly Checketts (Charity), Clint Checketts (Audrey), Wyatt Checketts (Brittney), Katie Wilson (Kristopher) and Ian Checketts (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Madilynn, Devanee, Daniel, Haela, Ezra, Enoch, Chloe, Brecken, Ephraim, Clark, Oliver, Daxton, Salem, Kendrick, Jaina, Kaden, Taysom, Lincoln, Adilae, Kolter, Kyler, Monrovia, Claire, Zane, Kaisley and Kodiak.
