He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Meiners and Alice Meiners; his siblings, Carl, Robert, Paul, Ethel Orton (Otis), June Horman (Phares), Josephine Graham (Russell) and Mary Mertzenich (Paul); and his son-in-law Theron Dickerson.
He is survived by: his wife Joy L. Meiners; his children, Monica (Kip Koon), Lisa Kay, Linda (Tim Stone), Steven (Cecilia) and Paul (Valdriane); and his siblings, Donnis (Bernadine), Myron (Eileen) and Lily Fife (Dave). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
