He is survived by: his former wives, Sherrie Greene and Sarah Haynie; his wife Nancy; his sister Renae; his sons, Pat (Kathy) and Tony Phoenix (Brenda); his grandchildren, Patrick (Brandie), Jonathan (Cynthia), Bekah (Noah), Connor, Hannah, Sophia, Jordana, Caiden, Gavin, Gracie, Noah, Khloe and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Jaden, Allison, Mathew, Emily and Ester. He is also survived by his mom and dad, and their extended families.
