She was predeceased by: her daughter Michelle Kay. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Kay and Lisa Kay of Bonner; her sister Bobbette Carlson (Bob); her niece Jodi Johnson (Shane) of Rexburg; her nephew Kelly Carlson (Tina) of Rigby; and her caregivers, Tina Carlson, Chaplain Danny, Gary, Jerico and Melanie.
