John Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennis Gill Sharp and Blanche Dora Johanson Sharp; his daughter Jennifer Sharp; and his sister Janice Meikle. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Kelly (Liz), Kirk (Michelle) and Stephanie Davis (Greg); and his siblings, Ralph Madsen, Joann Johnson and Jerry Child. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Flamm Funeral Home (61 N 1st E, Rexburg, ID 83440). Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rexburg North Stake Center.
