He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick Wayne Millar and Frances Rushton; and his siblings, David Millar and Terri Merrill. He is survived by: his husband Fred Hutchens; his grandfather Roderick Millar; his sister Ellen Burnside; his stepbrothers, Jack Hutchens and Jim Hutchens; and his wife Donna Jean Taylor. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
