He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Eunice Jackson and Vyrle Whitaker. He is survived by: his parents, LaVar Rushton and Betty Rushton; his wife Teresa Wakely; his sons, Zackary and Andrew; his sister Rebecca Siddoway (Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Jessica Howell (Dallin) and Thomas Siddoway (Chelsie); his former wife Teresa Rushton; his uncles, Richard Gout, Jay Jackson and Wesley Taylor; and his aunt Marilyn Taylor.
