He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Debra Tikalsky (Paul) of St. George, Linda Wayment (Jed) of Burley and Ronald (Julie) of Seattle; and his siblings, Milton and Elna Sullivan (Roger). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
