It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Evans Bell of Rexburg, Idaho, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bell and Myrtle Evans; his son Marc; his daughter-in-law Amanda; his grandson Dylan; his son-in-law Mike Zabriskie; his brothers, Wallace (Lois) and Larry (Betty); his parents-in-law, Marvin and Hazel Weatherston; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene and Irene Weatherston.

He is survived by: his sons, Douglas (Kelly) of Bozeman, MT, David (Lisa) of Rexburg, ID, Kevin of McKinney, TX and Brian (Neal) of Providence, UT..
