He is survived by: his wife Margaret Louise Whaley; his children, Dan Wilcox (Pam), David Wilcox (Sharla), Denise Richards (Brandon) and Celeste Schnackenberg (Ron); his siblings, LeRoy Wilcox (Susan), Arlene Hepworth (Alan), Richard Wilcox (Connie) and Jay Wilcox; his brother-in-law Vincent Whaley (Leslie); his aunt Opal Wilcox; and his sibling Falls. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Francis died December 8, 2019 from complications due to Alzheimer's in Twin Falls, Idaho at the age of 71.
