He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Jacobson and Gayle Jacobson; his son Cody; and his brother-in-law Ray Chatham. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Lyn Hicks; his children, Cassidy, Darby, Jeremy, Rylee and Doug; and his siblings, Rylee, Jeremy, Darby, DaJon and Cassidy.
Because of COVID restrictions, funeral services will be held with family members only.
