She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Lee Stewart and Niles Forest Burnard; and her sister Jeanette Marie Moe. She is survived by: her children, John David Nielson of Milton-Freewater, Colleen Marie Savage (Michael), Kimberly Lynn Fitzpatrick of Rexburg and Tiffany Michelle Bottomley. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Phoenix Children's Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children, causes that were dear to Diane's heart.
