He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Ramsey and William Ramsey. He is survived by: his sister Claire Jean; his children, Clay Ramsey (Cindy), Lucinda Ramsey Torrez (Jody), Ryan Ramsey and Kevin Ramsey (Kay); his siblings, Mary, Edith, James, Elsie, William, Melbourne, Brian, Walter and Frances; and his wife Diana Ramsey. He is also survived by His 16 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
