He is survived by: his parents, Gil Shirley (Terri) and Sandra Koller (LJ); his wife Stephanie Shirley; and his siblings, Ryan (Sam), Robb (Sarah), Alisa Henderson (Mark) and Blake Shirley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
