It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecil Keith Ricks of Rexburg, Idaho, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson Franklin Ricks and Nina Irene Clements; his former wife Marla Ann Holyoak; and his siblings, Ethelyn Ricks, Joanne Ward, Bruce Ricks and Kimber Ricks.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Belnap Wilcox of Rexburg; his sons, Jared Ricks (Michelle) of Shelley and Nathan Ricks (Carrie) of Pocatello; his grandchildren, Mariya (Jason), Hailey, Benson, Thomas, Andrew, Lola, Seth, Franklin, Danielle, Charlotte, James, Emma and Anderson; and his siblings, Maureen Seegmiller, Karen Pincock, Patsy Harker (Garth), Lynette Miller (Marv) and Craig Ricks (Kathy).

The family is requesting that those attending the viewing and funeral please wear a mask.
