He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Heinz and Berniece Steiner Heinz; his wife Kay Taylor; his son Randall; his brother Lyle; his brothers-in-law, William DeMott and Stan Taylor; and his son-in-law David Parks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Jo Larsen (Spencer) of Rexburg, Annette Heinz of Hyde Park, Beverly Parks of Ririe and Camille Taylor (Courtney) of Herriman; his daughter-in-law Sally Heinz of Rexburg; and his brother Don Heinz (Marsha). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
