He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Marcel Sackinger (AK), Benjamin Allen (UT), Vian Allen (ID), Rollin Allen (UT), Joe Allen (ID), Rishi Richardson (VA), Nephi Allen (ID) and Charith Bagley (WA); his foster daughter Sheila Jumping-Elk (SD); and his siblings, Jamar Wilson, Eric Allen and Roxy Brazzeal. He is also survived by thirty-seven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
